Using Data To Support the Safe System

The Safe System Approach combines strategies and actions that are proven in evidence to improve road safety faster and to a greater degree than more traditional approaches to road safety. Data can play many roles in developing, monitoring and evaluating a Safe System of Vision Zero road safety program that is right for your city. This webinar will present an overview of how data is used in the Vision Zero pioneer country of Sweden, as well as other examples such as Colombia, and invite questions on how to make the best of the data you have available in your city. This webinar will be conducted in English with simultaneous translation to Portuguese and Spanish.
